Encore Communities has seven different properties in the Pacific Northwest run by Santé Heath. The company needed a rebrand, positioning and digital presence to increase occupancy, brand awareness and continue the development of their marketing to the children of those of an advanced age. The goal was to expand and grow through an acquisition strategy with a recognizable brand.
The COO and Marketing Director recognized that the pandemic, staff shortages, a brand that seemed impersonal were standing in the way of increased occupancy. The website had no photos that emphasized warmth and a feeling of belonging, no calls to action, little content and outdated navigation. The brand had been hastily put together after an acquisition and was in need of a new look.
