A New Chapter at Knoodle: Honoring Our Past, Building Our Future

May 22, 2025

This year, Knoodle celebrates its 26th anniversary—a milestone that speaks to the talent, resilience, and relationships that have fueled this woman-owned agency from day one. As we mark more than two decades of creative thinking and meaningful results, I’m stepping into a new chapter myself: I’m honored to share that I’ll be taking on the role of CEO and owner of Knoodle.

This isn’t just a professional milestone for me—it’s deeply personal. Knoodle has been my home for over 13 years. I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside our team, our clients, and our community. Now, as I take the helm, I’m filled with gratitude, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility to carry this agency into its next era.

Our founder and current CEO, Rosaria Cain, will be shifting into a new role focused on strategy and development, overseeing media and new business while continuing to help me grow the agency. That means Knoodle’s foundation remains strong—rooted in the same values and vision that built it. We’ll continue to lead with purpose and partner with clients who want to make an impact.

To our clients: thank you for trusting us with your brands and your business. That trust is everything, and it’s not something we take lightly. While this transition brings change, one thing stays the same—our commitment to delivering smart, creative, results-driven work. You’ll continue to get the same great service, strategic insight, and partnership you’ve come to expect from us.

As we look to the future, I see tremendous opportunity. The marketing landscape is changing fast, and Knoodle is built to keep up. I’m passionate about growing our team, sharpening our capabilities, and pushing creative boundaries to help our clients stand out and succeed. That growth isn’t just about size—it’s about depth, agility, and impact.

With that in mind, I’m focused on three key goals as I begin this new role:

First, we’re reimagining the Knoodle brand to reflect the next chapter of who we are. Our team does bold, strategic, creative work—and it’s time our own story reflects that. We’ll be evolving our messaging, refreshing our digital presence, and making sure our brand shows up with clarity and confidence in every space we’re in.

Second, we’re committed to growing by deepening value with the clients we serve. That means expanding our strategic capabilities, offering broader solutions, and becoming even more essential to their success. Growth for us isn’t just about new business—it’s about better business.

And third, we’re investing in our people and our culture. We want Knoodle to be a place where top talent can grow, thrive, and do the best work of their careers. That means more mentorship, more leadership development, and more opportunities to lead big ideas.

I’m excited, I’m ready, and I’m deeply proud of where we’ve been and where we’re headed. Here’s to new energy, fresh ideas, and the same strong Knoodle spirit. Let’s get to work.
