John Meyer has been added to knoodle’s growing roster as the new partner and Chief Creative Officer. He is an advertising heavyweight and creative visionary. John has been involved in award-winning campaigns all over the world. He is a brand builder, culture cultivator and though t- provoking powerhouse. John believes in disruptive advertising: the unexpected and break-through ideas that can push a business well-past their competitors.
While John was teaching a senior “Capstone” class at The University of Arizona, he came up with the Idea to paint images for what he calls his “Americana” Series. The American flag aesthetic resonates throughout his series, “my inspiration comes from my love of the American flag and icons that represent this country.” He had painted 9 different icons draped in red, white and blue ranging from cowboys to guitars. The work became so popular that the University of Arizona produced his art into letterpress note cards with envelopes for all of the bookstores throughout the city of Tucson. And now some of his pieces are in a permanent collection in Tucson.
