Her passion and energy has attracted and retained clients for over 20 years, including impressive wins Fulton Homes and Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce. A champion of the entrepreneurial spirit and founder of knoodle since 1999, she has a continual desire to always learn something new. (Right now, it’s the Italian language.) Highly skilled and intimately involved with the agency’s overall media negotiations, cause marketing, media planning and research. Rosaria's extensive media background includes leadership roles at FOX, CBS, The Arizona Republic and K-Lite Radio. She will tell you her greatest win is the internal team she has assembled at knoodle - grandi cose avanti!

Iván Galaz creative lead
Iván (Pronounced E-von) was born and raised in Mexico, growing up surrounded by a family of talented artists pushed him to follow an artistic path in his career. He moved to the United States in the year 2000 to continue his education in design school. After college, he landed a job as a graphic designer for a Hispanic advertising agency in Phoenix, AZ working on clients such as McDonald's, Qwest Communications, and the City of Phoenix, among many others. After 4.5 years there, he went to work for an automotive advertising agency as a Multi-cultural Art Director, working on clients like Hyundai, Nissan, and many others. After 6 years, he then went to work at his third agency as a Sr. Art Director where he worked on various successful new business pitches alongside a team of copywriters and graphic designers. He also worked on Spanish copywriting/translations, and a few stop-motion projects (his favorite). Having done this for 6.5 years, brings him to a total of 17 years of experience. When Iván is not at work he loves to go on long walks with his dog, he's a vegetarian that loves cheese pizza (especially deep dish), and has a big passion for traveling around the world.

Sandra Guadarrama-Baumunk Partner, Vice President Client Services
Sandra is a straight shooter, a strategic thinker and leader of knoodle's account management team. She will tell you that her true love is creating overall marketing campaigns for local and national clients. Instrumental in the award winning viral campaign for Homie which scored over $500,000 in earned media. Sandra also launched and led Cupcheck, a game created by major league baseball players and a Times Square billboard campaign for Torden brands. She joined the knoodle family in 2012, previously working for CBS Radio, Emmis Broadcasting, Riviera Broadcast Group, Tommy Boy Records and Priority Records. Previous positions include Promotions Director, Digital Sales Manager and Non-Traditional Revenue Director (NTR).

Andy Lucich Director of PR & Strategic Content
A Central Phoenix expert + resident, Andy graduated from the University of Oregon and worked in public relations for over 10 years and in the local market for the last six. He oversees strategy and process for all public relations accounts. The portfolio of clients he has served range from highly technical projects to municipalities and city-building organizations. He holds five board & council positions related to Downtown causes ranging from housing advocacy to raising awareness and/or funds for public spaces and districts in the core.

Jamie is our media relations and content specialist. She spent the past 10 years working in the Phoenix TV market. Jamie has worked for local television affiliates around the country. Her past also includes a stint working as managing editor for a national radio newsroom. Jamie knows what it takes to cut through the clutter. She is passionate about telling stories and building relationships.

Ben Heimer art director
Ben has created branding elements for companies around the country like Timeout Sports Bars, Ryco Trading Company and Natural Home Solutions Pest Control before joining knoodle. Now he creates logos and brand campaigns for our clients. Ben also works on radio, broadcast and social media campaigns and helps develop messaging and cohesive brand strategies. Ben was a Navy Corpsman who thrives when working under pressure.

Lynette Weible accounting coordinator
Lynette lives for numbers. She started with knoodle in 2008 as an account planner and quickly earned her MBA. No one is more attuned to data and figures than Lynette. She sifts through reams of research and maintains accounts payable and receivable with a smile on her face. She has worked on major research projects for Torden Brands, Grande Vita and United Cerebral Palsy of Arizona.

Hannah quickly became an integral member of the knoodle team, earning herself the title of digital marketing specialist. She's focused on crafting the best experiences that balance the needs of brands and their customers. Hannah is everything user experience. Her attention to detail and problem-solving give her the ability to create websites that are not only visually engaging, but also functional. Hannah received her degree in communications from Grand Canyon University. She grew up in a small town in Minnesota and carries with her the attitude of “Minnesota nice”.

Zulma Jacquez account coordinator
Zulma is our secret weapon and account coordinator. She coordinates content marketing and advertising plans for all of our clients. She grew up as a military brat and had the privilege of living in many different states before settling down in Phoenix. Needless to say, she’s always down for an adventure. Her approach to marketing requires consumer research, strategy and problem-solving – all things Zulma is passionate about. She enjoys managing clients’ social media accounts and reporting analytics. When she's not perfecting marketing plans for clients, she spends her time with her big Mexican family and snuggling up to her two pups, Duke and Post. Zulma is an advertising graduate from the Art Institute of Phoenix.

Alyssa’s attention to detail, combined with her hard work and astute design sensibilities have elevated her to super star status. But, we just call her our Junior Art Director extraordinaire. She has created corporate identity systems for both large and small businesses. Alyssa is equally matched in branding and digital, which makes her an all around talented human being. When she’s not in our offices designing the next round of swag for knoodle, she enjoys traveling and party decorating.

Jerry Ferguson director of digital strategy
